Oh wow just saw this now. Thank you so much!
A coloured jumble houses for my project on over development.
I’ve started posting a lot of my art related things on my personal tumblr so if you want to be kept updated with art the art in process you should follow that blog.
Final drawing of my family in a Durer informed style. Here’s my dad snoozing his life away on Christmas.
I was over in Paris during the Christmas holidays and wandered around doing some sketches of the buildings there which turned out fairly shitty because I rarely draw buildings. Numerous people walked past me while I was drawing this and said (hopefully nice) things to me in French that I didn’t understand regardless of my six years of French in school.
At one stage a little girl came up and asked me (I think - as ever I didn’t understand) to see the drawing which was quite sweet.
More of the previously mentioned pastiches of Albrecht Durer’s stuff after looking through a complete collection of his woodcuts during this Christmas holidays. Here’s my brother on Christmas day.
College hasn’t properly restarted for me yet so I’ve had loads of free time wandering around Dublin trying to find things to do.
I sketched the Trinity College Chapel while eavesdropping on a tour guide who was one of those tour guides who tries to make jokes but no one laughed. He and his tour got moved on after about by 20 minutes because there was an exam going and he was making too much noise. I was sadder than I thought to see him go.
